Ok! This challenge starts next week:
-Feb:20-26: focus cardio (to lose fat) eat SUPER clean and tones of water.
-Feb:27-4: cardio + abs ( eat clean + water)
-Mar:5-11: cardio + legs&butt (eat clean + water)
-Mar:12-18: cardio (eat SUPER clean and drink a lot of water)
-Mar:19-25: Cardio + arms
I haven’t updated because I’m not proud of the 3 days I binged. however, yesterday and today I’m back to counting and restricting calories and only focusing on healthy foods.
BUT, I’ve developed a sore, swollen throat (pretty sure it’s getting worse & might have to head to the doctor?) and it’s keeping me from eating much, mostly just softer foods…but it hurts so bad to swallow, that I’m not even bothering to eat much at all. on top of that I think I’m coming down with a fever, or just feel really run down.
not sure if this is good or bad for this whole weight-loss thing! haha.
